i woke up early to watch the eclipse but the rain ruined everything... was actually looking forward to another thing but it did not happen either...what a way to start a day..
there's a family retreat coming up in Aug to KL and Genting but i badly need a break now cos i think i am going to explode with so many happenings recently.
i've been bottling up all my disappointments and unhappiness all this while that i am no longer sure how long i am going to last. actually thinking of going back to see my doc again, guess he must be real disappointed to see me again. what to do? i just can't manage my stress and emotional mood swing well.
this weekend is gone again, still thought of spending some time with him cos we really didn't spend much weekends together recently as he's been travelling to Kl for business trip but haiz... this weekend there's a travel fair. guess i have to find my own programme again. sick and tired doing so cos i reminds me of how i spend my weekends alone too many years ago. will i end up in the same situation like many years ago? hopefully no la.

this weekend is very eventful and disappointing too. Had a bit of dispute with one of my good pal and was disappointed with the way she's dealing with it. then followed by a family picnic at Changi Beach. it was great to see almost all the family member especially Bel and the two adorable girls. As usual, 'she' was like a princess, sitting there and waiting for the 'slave' to serve...

my husband's company started a new office in KL and he was expected to be up there pretty often, each time will have to stay there for at least a couple of days to even a week.... felt pretty lonely when he was not around last weekend... and the worst is he had to be there almost every weekend as weekdays he needs to be in Singapore office to settle his work...
actually i was very reluctant for him to go although i know it is his job, but why some of his colleagues can simply said they have families that they need to spend time with over the weekend yet why he can't... on the other hand, as i know it is his job and in order not to let him get caught between me and his career, i told him to go ahead. Stupid right? yes i know....
maybe to him independent gal...
have not been sleeping well those days when he was not around as i have to on the bedroom lights when i sleep. i have phobia of darkness when i am alone... guess will have such nights pretty often from now on.... Haizzzz

the Kukup trip that i went with the family turned out to be VERY enjoyable. my hubby's cousins were in our car throughout the journey and we shared a lot of jokes , laughed all the way there and back. didn't take much photos though... will add on if i get any from the rest of the gals. We are now planning to go for another family retreat in july.... Actually plan to drive upto Desaru but my hubby was saying of going to Batam for a one day trip.. Will have to wait for the response from the rest of the family members then.

went for a cruise trip to Melacca and Kl with my hubby on 17th june. Due to the previous experience, i thought i won't be enjoying this trip but i was wrong lor... it was a great trip and like what Berrie and Angelia said, it's the company that is important... looking forward to the next trip with my hubby...

recently i'm learning to watch football... especially man u matches. Started this so called hobby is bcos i wanted to keep my hubby company when he's watching the matches (my hubby is a die hard man u fan!haha) and i think i am starting to like this game cos once you know the basic for football, you'll find it interesting. last week i even woke up at 3am to watch the match with him. it was an excellent match to watch but after that..... i was so tired the next day!!!

the kids' examination are just round the corner and as usual i am busy getting the kids prepared for their papers. Hope that this year ALL my students will do well for their papers...

it was my good pal's, Ms Kee's birthday on the 8th of April. I treated her for dim sum at the Yunnan Garden restaurant... it was really a coincidence that we ran into the boss, Mr Goh there.. I've known the boss for about 10 years now. he is a nice and friendly man. it was really sweet of him to treat us a tray of fruits for dessert. the both of us were surpsrised when we knew that this tray of fruits was cut by him. nice right?

the school holidays are over and if you ask me, i'll tell you that i'm utterly disappointed... with myself, with him especially. was on leave for so many days so i thought he'll suggest us going out somewhere but yet everyday he's glued to the television!. Please for goodness sake, it's not everyday that i end my lessons at 6pm and off on wed and weekends. instead of making good use of the time, he can spend it on mahjong and mahjong and still mahjong! UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

the feeling that he's avoiding me is getting so strong that i can't stand it anymore.... Is he trying to hide something from me? i wish that i'm thinking too much!

getting married is supposed to be such a wonderful thing.... it is... in the first few months and after that every true colours are shown!!! frankly speakly, not too sure if i can handle this again. it's like the history repeating itself..... and i'm like doing the same things i was doing many years back.... tired if you ask me... mentally!!!

I heard a very ridiculous statement today from a divorcee. She's getting married again and told me that it's stressful and full of problems to be married again. Then, why is she getting married again? I have to admit that sometimes i also feel this way, only when the both of us are in foul mood, but this feeling will go away after sometime..

Earlier this morning i received a call from my youngest aunt... she called to inform me the death of my 5th uncle.
It was a sad thing cos' frankly speaking, i wasn't close to him and the memories i had with him was so little. The reason is .... he's behind bars most of his life. He was a drug addict.
i was shocked when aunt told me that he killed himself...Guess he must be real tired of living this kind of life.
His death put an end to his suffering, it also marked the begining of many others like my dad, aunt and the rest of his siblings. A life they have to get used to without 5th uncle around anymore.
Mum told me that dad cried upon hearing the news.. who wouldn't? someone whom he called brother, someone whom he shared his childhood with, someone whom he call brother, left him without even saying good bye. i can understand his sorrow...i really can.

today is the last day of chinese new year... finally!

I went to my dad's place with my hubby. it was a short visit, unhappy too. As usual, my mum and sister was nagging about the fight i had with my bro. i kept very quiet throuhout the conversation. maybe becos of so, they started to talk more,especially my sister till my hubby can't stand her and rebutted her. think now my sis not too happy with my hubby... but who cares? haha

he went to Malaysia again for business trip. Wasn't happy with him therefore didn't call or sms him for the past 2 days, although he did call, i didn't pick up.He did sms me, but i never reply... want him to learn his lesson. A promise is meant to be kept and not broke...
going to my mum's place this weekend. Hope that i won't see my brother there. intend to go for a while then come back... sad i know, but this is to protect myself from getting hurt over what they might say... Please let it be a peaceful one..

Chinese New Year is about getting together with family and friends... this is not the case for me this year. After the fight with my brother, didn't hear from the rest of the family members. sad huh? it's just a matter of getting used to it.
I've always wanted to spend a quiet weekends with my hubby... but it's so difficult as his colleagues will definitely be here to play Mahjong.
Mahjong can be quite enjoyable but i think it's getting too excessive in my house. Every sat evening they will start the game and it will only ends on sunday morning...
By the time the games are over, syl will be too tired to do anything or go anywhere else, so in the end, we'll end up staying at home.
I find this kind of life style very familiar... It ruins everything i had before and hopefully not for the second time.
I find it hard to make him understand how i feel about the whole thing cos' we have different views nowaday and most probably will end up arguing, something that i dreaded...

I had a very bad fight with my bro 1 week before the CNY and till now we're still not talking. What really makes me so disappointed is not i am not talking to him but the rest of the family members didn't even bother to call and asked how i was doing, especially when i left home in tears that day!!!
It was my aunt and cousins who called me instead to check out how i was getting on... I was really sad over this matter... but what to do? They're family...

Went for a short getaway to Bintan lagoon resort during the CNY. Didn't really enjoy myself there cos i vomitted on the way there and didn't feel too well after that. Anyway, there's nothing to shout about this resort.. services are slow, everything is so expensive! The Nelayan restaurant sucks! Tasteless food, very poor services but yet SO EXPENSIVE! I've been to the few resorts in bintan resorts, Banyan Tree, Mayan Sari, club med bintan and bintan lagoon. Out of these 4 resorts, I'll definitely not be going to Bintan lagoon resort again!

I talked to Young today, a friend whom i have known since the age of 18. Although i seldom get to see him as we're both busy with our work, i can alway talk to him whenever i'm troubled and i think he feels the same way too. However, don't know whether i'll still be able to do that cos' he's considering of migrating to Australia which has already approved his application.
Happy for him of course , but the thought of an one old friend going away to somewhere and not coming back, it definitely saddened me.
Sylvester came back from Malaysia today. I had a lot of things to share with him, to tell him and to seek his advice, but as usual, he's tired and went to bed early.
Communication is very important in a healthy relationship and i think every couple should really make an effort to mantain it. As for me, i'm trying hard, so hope that everything will turn out well then.

feeling quite emotional today as i looked at the pictures of Candice in facebook, someone whom i knew since her day of birth to the day now where she's a pretty young lady.
